Adult Salt Room

[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Our adult salt sessions are 45 minutes and begin on the hour throughout the day (See our hours and schedule).  We ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior for their 1st session to check in, receive a tour of the facility, change clothes if desired, lock up their belongings and get comfortable.  After the first visit, we request guests to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the sessions so that when the session begins, lights can be dimmed and a calm, peaceful space for all guests can be ensured.

The temperature in our facility is kept cool (69-72 degrees) and humidity levels around 40% to help mimic the micro-climate of a salt cave. We provide guests with pillows and blankets for those who would like additional warmth.  Salt is circulated throughout the room and if a light is shined during the session, it appears similar to dust floating through the air.  The salt particles settle on clothing so wearing light-coloured clothing is recommended to avoid salt showing on darker clothing.

Spa music plays throughout the session at a comfortable level.  The adult salt accommodates 4 people every hour. The room is equipped with 7 zero-gravity chairs. By distributing your weight evenly, zero-gravity allows your muscles to enter a state of relaxation. We provide parents with chairs so every guest is comfortable and enjoying the experience.  Children must be supervised at all times. The private salt room is perfect for guests who wish to expose areas of the body with inflammation or skin issues in privacy.  Our private salt room has suspended hammocks from the ceiling, these hammocks can easily be removed if the guest requires to lay down directly on the salt. This salt room is perfect for a guest who simply wants to enjoy all the health benefits while in their bathing suit attire. This room is our most versatile room, it can accommodate other wellness services such as Hand & Foot Detox, Reiki, Reflexology and other wellness classes.
