I have now had 4 sessions at Saltastic and highly recommend the treatments. Like many others who have commented here, I tried this therapy to see if would help with allergies and ongoing sinus issues. I have already stopped using the prescription spray I’ve been on for many years, and I actually think I am sleeping better at night and not dealing with the “awake in the middle of the night for hours” insomnia I suffer with. The staff are warm and helpful, and I’m very happy to have found this resource in Kemptville.
