I did a sound bath with Sage in the salt room and it was incredible! She was kind and she had a beautiful voice. The variety of sounds she used was great and something I have never experienced! I also loved shopping before the session! I picked up some gifts and a fun sweater for myself! I will definitely be back!

I had a prenatal massage with Christine and I cannot recommend her enough! I went at 12 weeks pregnant and then just now at 34 weeks and she makes me feel super comfortable the entire time. She asks about pressure and if there are certain spots to work on more than others. I have never had an experience before like I do with Christine. She is the best!!! Highly recommend! I leave Saltastic feeling ultimate relaxation.

My husband and I chose a private salt room for a morning date recently. The staff were so welcoming and answered all our questions with ease. We got to sit back in their comfortable lounge chairs and although we packed books we just closed our eyes and enjoyed the impeccably clean and calm ambiance their salt rooms offer. 45 minutes flew by as we put life on hold, breathed in the salt room and reconnected under the beautiful salt light glow. Really great ambiance, very chill and relaxing. Everything was super clean, even all the little spots, which really made me feel comfortable. Very cool items for sale as well. Front desk and practitioner were welcoming and informative. I will be back for sure!

This was probably the best massage I ever had. The room was spacious, and airy, with soft light, not dark and claustrophobic like most other massage rooms. It also felt great to breathe in the salt air. Loved every moment of it.

This was my first time visiting SALTASTIC but definitely won’t be my last. Doing restorative yoga practice in such a healing and restful space was amazing and I highly recommend it. When I got home, I immediately signed up for the yin yoga taking place a couple of weeks later. I brought my mat and block and blankets and things, but I didn’t need to. Diana, yoga, teacher, had brought everything for us. Totally spoiled!
The staff were available to explain everything and to show me around. They have lockers for your personal items so that’s taken care of as well. Make sure to check out the store area because they have the best gift ideas!

In the past decade I have been to three different salt cave businesses. This is by far the best one.
It is clean and organized and the general vibe and aesthetic is really relaxing.
The family room has so much for the kids to do, making it easy to enjoy your session while kids play.
We will be back.

First time experience at Saltastic! Very clean facility, friendly staff/owners. I had just gotten over a really bad sinus and chest infection – spent 45 mins in a private room. I brought a book but once I got snuggled into the hammock chair, I just swung and relaxed. Wonderful experience- have already told friends about it! I will definitely be doing this again!!

This was my first time visiting Saltastic; I participated in a sound bath session led by Sage inside the Himalayan salt room. The owner greeted us at the door, showed us around and explained the benefits of the salt. There were lockers for us to store our belongings, and I found the zero-gravity chairs very comfortable. The session was very relaxing. I left feeling very relaxed, and slept very deeply afterward. Thanks!

The Crystal Healing Workshop is a fantastic introduction to the Saltastic space. I enjoyed my time in the salt room sharing stories and learning about the benefits of using crystals for healing and balancing my energy. Meeting a few great like minded people in a healing environment was just what I needed. My hair got surprisingly soft too, and 6 days later it is still silky smooth. I recommend you go, +++ 5 stars

I had a Reflexology treatment done by Christine. It was such an amazing and relaxing experience! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have now had 4 sessions at Saltastic and highly recommend the treatments. Like many others who have commented here, I tried this therapy to see if would help with allergies and ongoing sinus issues. I have already stopped using the prescription spray I’ve been on for many years, and I actually think I am sleeping better at night and not dealing with the “awake in the middle of the night for hours” insomnia I suffer with. The staff are warm and helpful, and I’m very happy to have found this resource in Kemptville.

Let me start with the staff, they are amazing caring people. Always ready to answer any of my many questions. From the moment you enter, you get a feeling of tranquility and it only gets better after that. The adult salt room is so calming. With the glow of the salt lamps and spa music, you just seem to drift away, before you know it 45 minutes is up. I struggle with seasonal allergies and insomnia, and I can truly say I see a difference in both. I can’t wait to see how I am through the flu season.

I’ve been getting headaches for the past week and I’ve tried everything to get rid of them. I’m a second year nursing student who is constantly studying and sleep deprived. I went into the room for 45 minutes and read a book I enjoyed. I placed a small salt rock on a knot in my back and after the time was up my headache was gone and my back was feeling better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I have experienced 5 different salt rooms and Saltastic is my favourite one so far! My kids second that vote. They can’t wait to go for a second visit tomorrow evening. I bought an unlimited month family pass and will be using it as many times as I can drive to Kemptville. I have had a tickly intermittent cough for over a month that felt like an allergy. The tickle was gone after the first treatment! I believe halotherapy could be THE BEST respiratory infection prevention out there. I plan on doing monthly visits with my kids to stay healthy.

My soreness from chronic injury melted away and I was amazed at how beneficial the hot stones were.
